As per company policy we do not process any exchanges/returns for Shapewear, since it is considered intimate apparel, therefore for hygiene reasons no exchanges are process.
We will only process them for control vest and cinchers. 
Additionally, we will also process an exchange for manufacturing defects We provide you with the size charts for each particular line to make sure the correct size is ordered for each garment, as it may vary depending on the material to make sure customer orders correct size.  *NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES!

Returns and exchanges for Fajas Colombianas AnnaMarye.Authorized items: “VEST and CINCHERS”

All subject to a careful inspection by our returns and exchange department staff. In order for the item to be accepted it must fulfill these requirements:

• Unworn ( having the trainer on longer than 10 minutes is considered worn )
• No personal scents/perfume
• No stains
• All tags attached
• All packaging must be included ( clear plastic bag & packaging cardboard )
• No apparent stretching or wrinkling
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Include the return and exchange form (download below)
• Received within 10 days after receipt of receiving order.
• Not a sale item ( all sale items are final sale)

Shipping:

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the returned items back to Slimming control distributions Inc  and for re-shipping for exchanges. To avoid any delays include a money order/cashiers check payable to:  Slimming control Distributions Inc for $8.50 ( only USA customers) in the parcel with your items. If not, we will send you an invoice for the amount via email. Once the shipping fee is paid, your exchange will be processed and shipped.

International customers
Slimming control distributions Inc,  will be more than happy to exchange items for international customers, but please keep in mind that the same return and exchange policy adheres to international customers.

Exchanges: Exchanges will need to be postmarked no more than 10 days after confirmed delivery. Once we receive the item(s) an email with be sent with an invoice for the pending shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item(s) back to you.

*Add  a copy of the invoice with the reference for the exchange garment ( Ref+Color+Size)

*Add a money Order/ Cashier check payable to : Slimming Control Distributors ( $8.50)
